Agreement to these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to the website celebrationathleticclub.com (the “Site”) and to the memberships, classes, programs and other services offered by Celebration Athletic Club (“CAC,” “we,” “us” or “our”), 651 Front Street, Celebration, Florida 34747.

By using the Site in any way, automated or otherwise, or by purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and any additional terms posted for specific programs or services. We may change these Terms or add conditions at any time by posting revisions on the Site. Your continued use after a change is posted means you accept it.

Memberships, classes and programs

We offer boxing, Muay Thai and kickboxing, MMA, HYROX-style training, strength and conditioning, yoga, personal training, kids and youth programs, seasonal camps and space rental. Pricing, schedules, descriptions and availability may change without notice.

Unless otherwise stated in writing: fees are billed according to the plan you select and are non-transferable; recurring memberships renew automatically until cancelled; cancellations must be submitted in writing or through our designated method before your next billing date; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in your agreement; late arrivals, missed classes and unused sessions are not refundable and do not carry over; and we may cancel, reschedule or change any class, coach or program.

Free trial classes and drop-in offers are limited to one per person and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

Health, assumption of risk and waiver

Martial arts, boxing, sparring, strength training and high-intensity conditioning carry an inherent risk of injury. You should consult a physician before beginning any exercise program. By participating, you confirm that you are physically able to take part, agree to train within your limits and agree to follow coach instructions and facility rules.

Every participant must sign our liability waiver and release before their first class. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you assume all risks of participation, and Celebration Athletic Club and its owners, coaches, employees and affiliates are not liable for any injury, illness or loss of property, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Minors and kids programs

Participants under 18 must be registered by a parent or legal guardian, who must also sign all waivers. Parents and guardians are responsible for their child’s conduct at the facility and for providing accurate medical and emergency contact information. After-school pickup, camps, Step Up For Students enrollment and other youth programs may have additional terms.

Facility rules and conduct

Members and guests must treat staff and other members with respect, use equipment properly, wear appropriate attire and protective gear, and help keep the facility clean. We may refuse service to, or remove, anyone whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive or harassing.

Photos and video may be taken at the facility and at events and used for promotional purposes. If you do not want to appear in our photos or video, please tell us in writing.

Text messaging (SMS) terms

Program name: Celebration Athletic Club Text Messages. When you opt in, Celebration Athletic Club will send you text messages related to your inquiry, trial class, membership and classes, including scheduling your free class, class and booking confirmations, schedule changes, membership and billing reminders, and customer support replies.

How you opt in: you opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a form on our Site or by otherwise giving us your express consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or membership.

Message frequency varies based on your activity and class schedule. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan.

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message. We will send one confirmation message and then no further messages unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP, call 407-315-9251 or email info@celebrationathleticclub.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be 18 or older, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to opt in.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, photos and video, is owned by Celebration Athletic Club, its affiliates or its licensors. The Site is for your personal, non-commercial use. You may print or download one copy of individual pages for personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep all copyright and other notices intact. Any other copying, modification, distribution, sale or use requires our written permission.

If you submit material to us or post it about us, such as comments, reviews, social media posts, photos or video, you confirm that you own it or have permission to share it, and you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, modify, publish, distribute and publicly display it.

Disclaimers and indemnity

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not mean we endorse them. Class descriptions, schedules and fitness content on the Site are general information, not medical advice.

The Site and its content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Celebration Athletic Club and its owners, officers, coaches, agents, employees and affiliates from any claims, losses and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your breach of these Terms.

Online purchases

Purchases, memberships and bookings may be processed by third-party vendors, including our membership and scheduling platform and payment processors. Payment information you provide at checkout may be collected by both the processor and Celebration Athletic Club. We are not responsible for third-party products or services, and any dispute with a third-party vendor is between you and that vendor.

Accounts and passwords

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete account information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away at info@celebrationathleticclub.com if you suspect unauthorized use. We are not liable for losses caused by your failure to meet these obligations.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your membership or access to the Site, without notice, if you violate these Terms, endanger the safety of others or engage in inappropriate or unlawful conduct. After termination you must stop using the Site. Termination does not cancel any fees you already owe.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Osceola County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version and its effective date will always be posted on this page.
