THE CLASS
WHAT A CLASS LOOKS LIKE
Every class starts with a warm-up and footwork, then moves into technique: stance, the jab, cross, hooks and uppercuts. From there you build combinations and defense, and finish with conditioning that leaves you tired in the right way.
Coaches watch your form and give you specific fixes, not just volume. You’ll work on pads and bags, and you set your own intensity.

WHO IT’S FOR
Adults and teens 14 and up. If you’ve never thrown a punch, you’re in the right place. If you’ve been training for years, you’ll still get pushed.
People come to box for fitness, stress relief, self-defense or competition. All of those are welcome here. Younger kids have their own programs: Boxing 5+ and Boxing 10+.

QUESTIONS
GOOD TO KNOW
Do I need experience to start?
No. Most people start with zero experience. Coaches teach the basics from your first class and build from there.
Will I have to spar?
No. Sparring is never required. Classes focus on technique, pad work and conditioning, and any contact work is optional and coached.
What should I bring?
Athletic clothes, training shoes or bare feet as directed, water and a towel. If you have gloves and hand wraps, bring them.
How old do you have to be?
Adult boxing is for ages 14 and up. Kids 5–9 and 10–14 have their own boxing classes.
Is there a contract?
No. Memberships are month to month with no contracts and no hidden fees.
