THE CLASS
WHAT A CLASS LOOKS LIKE
Class opens with a warm-up and footwork, then drills one or two techniques at a time. You’ll combine hands and kicks, add knees and elbows, and work defense so you can keep your guard while you strike.
Most rounds are on pads and bags. The pace is high, and every class ends with conditioning.

QUESTIONS
GOOD TO KNOW
What’s the difference between Muay Thai and kickboxing?
Kickboxing uses punches and kicks. Muay Thai adds knees and elbows. Our classes teach both, so you learn the full striking toolkit.
I’m not in shape. Can I still come?
Yes. You set your own pace. Coaches scale every drill, and you’ll get fitter by showing up.
Do I have to spar?
No. Classes are built around pads, bags and drills. Any partner contact is optional and coached.
What should I bring?
Athletic clothes, water and a towel. Bring gloves and wraps if you own them.
