MMA CLASSES IN CELEBRATION, FL

Boxing, Muay Thai, wrestling and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in one program. Learn to strike, take down, control and finish, at whatever level you walk in at.

THE CURRICULUM

WHAT YOU’LL LEARN

MMA puts the whole fight together. One class you’re working combinations and kicks, the next you’re drilling takedowns, guard passes and escapes. Over time it connects into one system.

Every technique is taught step by step with a partner, with coaches making corrections as you go.

  • Striking: boxing combinations, Muay Thai kicks, knees and elbows

  • Takedowns: wrestling-based shots, trips and throws

  • Ground control: guard passing, mount and back control

  • Submissions: chokes, arm locks, leg locks and escapes

  • Discipline and focus

ALL LEVELS

WHO IT’S FOR

YOUR COACH

QUESTIONS

GOOD TO KNOW

Is MMA safe for beginners?

Yes, when it’s coached well. You learn positions and techniques slowly, with a partner, and coaches control the intensity. Nobody is thrown into hard rounds on day one.

Do I need a gi?

Wear athletic clothes you can move in; a rash guard and fitted shorts work well.

Do I have to compete or spar?

No. Most members train for fitness, confidence and self-defense. Live rounds are optional and coached.

Can my 12-year-old join this class?

Adult MMA is 14 and up. Younger kids train in our Kids MMA and after-school programs.
